Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the top of the baguette along its length, hollow out the center to create a deep cavity.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, half the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the hollowed-out baguette. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
  5. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the stuffed baguette.
  6. Wrap the stuffed baguette in foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden.
