Ingredients:

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Sour cream for serving

Directions:
