Honey Garlic Crawfish Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs crawfish tails, cooked and peeled
- 1 lb frozen French fries
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook the French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the crawfish tails to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
- Lower the heat and stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the crawfish are well-coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place the crispy fries on a serving plate and top with the honey garlic crawfish mixture.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
