Honey Garlic Crawfish Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs crawfish tails, cooked and peeled
  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook the French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the crawfish tails to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the crawfish are well-coated with the sauce.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Place the crispy fries on a serving plate and top with the honey garlic crawfish mixture.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
