Ingredients:

  • 120 ml Warm milk
  • 10g Brewer’s yeast
  • 40g Sugar
  • 40g melted butter (or oil)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8g Vanilla flavoring
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 280g All-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture.
  3. Mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
  4. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in volume.
  5. Shape the dough into balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Serve the fluffy fried balls as desired.
