Delicious Hashbrown Casserole Recipe – A Family Favorite!

Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the hash brown mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter until well combined.
- Sprinkle the cornflake mixture evenly over the top of the hash brown mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
