Delicious Air-Fried Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
  • 2 strip steaks (10 ounces each)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder for steak seasoning
  • Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Toss the potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley (measurements are flexible).
  3. Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, shaking them periodically.
  4. While the potatoes cook, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
  5. Coat the steak bites in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional steak seasoning.
  6. Set aside the cooked potatoes.
  7. Air fry the steak bites at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (for a medium doneness).
  8. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic and dried parsley.
  9. Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and serve them on a bed of crispy potatoes.
