Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite spices
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Oil for frying
  • Lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

  1. Begin by separating the egg yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Slice the chicken fillets into strips, then combine them with the egg yolks, minced garlic, spices, salt, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg whites, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
  6. Fry the coated chicken strips in the hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken strips from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
  8. Serve the crispy chicken strips with fresh lettuce and tomato slices for a delightful meal or snack. Enjoy!
