Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, blend the softened butter with minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Ensure thorough mixing until all ingredients are evenly incorporated into the butter.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper, shaping it into a log.
- Wrap the butter tightly with the plastic wrap, sealing the ends securely.
- Chill the wrapped butter in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, allowing it to solidify.
- When ready to serve, slice the chilled butter into rounds and adorn your hot, grilled steaks with these flavorful medallions.
