  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

  1. In a spacious bowl, blend buttermilk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Immerse chicken pieces, ensuring full submersion. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
