Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of plain unsweetened yogurt
- 50 grams of oil
- 300 grams of flour
- 50 grams of dark chocolate chips
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Additional items for preparation:
- A small amount of oil for shaping the dough without sticking to your hands
- Granulated sugar, to taste
- A few extra chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, oil, and sugar until well incorporated.
- Gradually add in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in granulated sugar to coat.
- Place the coated dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- If desired, press a few additional chocolate chips onto the top of each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
