Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 large baguette
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the top of the baguette along its length, hollow out the center to create a deep cavity.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, half the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the hollowed-out baguette. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the stuffed baguette.
- Wrap the stuffed baguette in foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden.
