Soft Donut Recipe in a Pan in 10 Minutes

Ingredients

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • A small piece of cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 100 g curd cheese

For the Dough:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of milk (300 ml)
  • 1 small glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)
  • 3.5 cups of flour (420 g)
  • 2 packs of baking powder (20 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (8 g)

To Lubricate the Pan:

  • Butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables:

Finely chop the green pepper, red pepper, parsley, cabbage, onion, carrot, and potato.

2. Prepare the Dough:

In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Once the dough is smooth, fold in the chopped vegetables and the curd cheese. Mix until well combined.

3. Cook the Donuts:

Grease a pan generously with butter.

Pour the donut dough into the pan, spreading it evenly.

Cook the dough over medium heat, turning occasionally to ensure both sides are evenly cooked and golden brown.

4. Serve:

Once cooked, remove the donuts from the pan and serve hot.
