Gourmet Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Additional provolone slices for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  2. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, diced green bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated.
