Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of bread yeast
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter for the dough
  • Butter for greasing the layers
  • 1 egg for brushing

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, milk, salt, and yeast with the egg. Mix well. Gradually add all the flour while stirring until a dough forms. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes. Afterward, transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for at least 10 minutes, gradually incorporating the softened butter. Cover the dough and let it rest for another 20 minutes.

  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 2 mm thick. Spread a layer of butter over the dough. Follow the shaping technique demonstrated in the video tutorial. Roll up the dough and slice it into pieces no larger than 2 cm. Arrange the pieces in greased molds, ensuring they are evenly spaced. Allow the dough to rise for 1 hour.
