Mini Breakfast Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package of refrigerated dough (2 sheets)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere)
- 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon or ham
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (such as spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners for easy removal.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough sheets. Use a cookie cutter or a glass slightly larger than the muffin tin holes to cut out circles. Gently press each circle into the muffin tin, ensuring they form a cup shape.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Evenly distribute shredded cheese, diced bacon or ham, and chopped vegetables into each dough-lined muffin cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the pastry edges are golden brown.
- Allow the mini quiches to cool in the tin for a few minutes. Then, carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen them before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious breakfast quiches!
