Herb-Crusted Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- Let the sirloin steak come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the steaks.
- Place the steak on the grill or skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter to the pan and spoon over the steaks.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
