Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring until thoroughly combined. Beat in the salt and melted butter until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
