Crispy Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite spices
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Oil for frying
- Lettuce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
- Begin by separating the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- Slice the chicken fillets into strips, then combine them with the egg yolks, minced garlic, spices, salt, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg whites, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- Fry the coated chicken strips in the hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken strips from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
