  • 2 Teaspoons baking powder

  • ⅔ Cup or 150 ml Milk
  • 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 & ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (325°F) and prepare your baking tin by greasing and lining it.
  2. Begin by preparing your ingredients, including sieving the flour and combining the salt and baking powder.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until achieving a pale, light color.
