Mississippi Mud Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In the prepared baking pan, combine the diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
  3. Add the mayonnaise to the mixture, stirring until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot from the oven and savor the creamy, cheesy, bacon-infused goodness of Mississippi Mud Potatoes.
