Homemade Stir Fry Sauce Recipe
Elevate your stir fry game with this easy, flavorful homemade stir fry sauce. With simple ingredients, you can create a restaurant-quality Asian stir fry right in your own kitchen!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and the remaining ingredients.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, cooking for 2-3 minutes until it thickens to your preferred consistency.
- Remove from heat and it’s ready to be mixed with your favorite stir fry vegetables, noodles, meat, or seafood. Alternatively, let it cool and store it in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Note:
Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sauce per stir fry pan (3-4 servings).
