Homemade Rice Bread Recipe (No Oven Required)
Ingredients:
- 200g rice flour
- 230ml warm milk
- 4g instant dry yeast
- 20g sugar
- 10g olive or sunflower oil
- 3g salt
Instructions:
- Begin by dissolving the yeast and sugar in a bowl. Then, add the salt to the rice flour and combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Gradually incorporate the warm milk into the mixture, adjusting as needed based on the moisture content of the rice flour.
- Once mixed, add the olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.
- Allow the dough to ferment in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
- After fermentation, stir the mixture to release any trapped gas bubbles.
- Heat a 20cm frying pan over medium heat for a few seconds.
- Grease the pan with cooking oil and pour the batter, spreading it evenly across the surface.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and let the dough ferment for an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook the bread covered for 10-13 minutes, until the top is set.
- If the top of the bread becomes hardened, flip it onto a plate and return it to the pan to cook the other side for 5-6 minutes.
- Once cooked through, remove from the pan and serve.
