Ingredients:
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Directions:
- Prepare the Pasta: Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
