Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak Bites

Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak, trimmed and cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves of minced garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for an added kick

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Sear for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
  3. Lower the heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring around the steak bites. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant, and the butter coats the steak bites.
  4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and optionally add red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
