Fluffy Fried Balls
Ingredients:
- 120 ml Warm milk
- 10g Brewer’s yeast
- 40g Sugar
- 40g melted butter (or oil)
- Pinch of salt
- 8g Vanilla flavoring
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 280g All-purpose flour
Directions:
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
- Add sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture.
- Mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Allow the dough to rise until doubled in volume.
- Shape the dough into balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve the fluffy fried balls as desired.
