Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn
  • ¼ cup of Crema Mexican Agria Sour Cream (regular sour cream can be used)
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup of crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic (or finely minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped Cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon of chipotle chili powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to around 400 degrees F.
  2. Grill the corn with or without husks. If leaving husks on, soak corn in water for 10 minutes. If husks
    are off, lightly spray each cob with cooking spray.
  3. Place the corn on the grill, turning the cobs 1/4 turn every 3 minutes, and grill for approximately 12
    minutes.
  4. Prepare the topping sauce by combining Cacique® Crema Mexican Agria Sour Cream, mayonnaise, cotija
    cheese, garlic, lime zest and juice, and cilantro.
  5. Generously top each corn cob with the cheese mixture, sprinkle with chipotle chili powder, and add extra
    cotija cheese and cilantro.
  6. Enjoy the deliciousness!
