Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup whipped heavy cream
- Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
Preparation
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
