Pioneer Woman Sausage Gravy
Ingredients:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until it is browned and fully cooked.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir until it is well combined.
- Gradually add the milk to the pan, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add the seasoned salt and black pepper, and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Continue to cook the sausage gravy over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Serve the sausage gravy over biscuits or toast.
