Salted Pancakes with Minced Meat
Ingredients
- 250g of wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml of milk
- 200g of minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 100g of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Directions
- Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, mix the flour, eggs, and milk until you achieve a smooth batter. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook the Minced Meat: While the batter rests, sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until they turn golden brown.
- Season the Meat: Add the minced meat to the skillet and cook until it’s well browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the Skillet: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick skillet.
- Cook the Pancakes: Pour a ladleful of pancake batter into the hot skillet. Tilt the skillet to distribute the batter evenly. Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes on each side, or until it turns golden brown.
- Repeat the Process: Continue cooking the remaining batter in the same manner.
- Assemble the Pancakes: Top each pancake with a portion of the cooked minced meat and grated cheese.
- Serve: Fold the pancakes in half and serve them hot.
