Yeast-Free Baked Potato Recipe in 5 Minutes That Doesn’t Absorb Oil
Ingredients:
- 80g Cheese
- 80g Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 3 sprigs of Green Onion
- 5-6 sprigs of Parsley
- 1 tea glass of Milk (90 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of Salt (4 g)
- 3 cups of Flour (360 g)
- 1 packet of Baking Powder (10 g)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except flour in a suitable mixing bowl.
- Gradually add flour while kneading until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion with a rolling pin to a moderate thickness and cut into 8 equal parts.
- Heat an ample amount of oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the dough pieces in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, ensuring even cooking by flipping them halfway through.
