Yeast-Free Baked Potato Recipe in 5 Minutes That Doesn’t Absorb Oil

Ingredients:

  • 80g Cheese
  • 80g Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 sprigs of Green Onion
  • 5-6 sprigs of Parsley
  • 1 tea glass of Milk (90 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt (4 g)
  • 3 cups of Flour (360 g)
  • 1 packet of Baking Powder (10 g)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour in a suitable mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add flour while kneading until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
  4. Roll out each portion with a rolling pin to a moderate thickness and cut into 8 equal parts.
  5. Heat an ample amount of oil in a frying pan.
  6. Fry the dough pieces in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, ensuring even cooking by flipping them halfway through.
