Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 50 grams of oil
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate chips
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Additional items for preparation:

  • A small amount of oil for shaping the dough without sticking to your hands
  • Granulated sugar, to taste
  • A few extra chocolate chips for topping (optional)

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, oil, and sugar until well incorporated.
  2. Gradually add in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in granulated sugar to coat.
  6. Place the coated dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. If desired, press a few additional chocolate chips onto the top of each cookie.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
