Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
- 450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup melted and cooled white chocolate
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Topping:
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ¼ cup melted white chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
- Make the Filling:
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the melted white chocolate, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
