Salted Pancakes with Minced Meat

Ingredients

  • 250g of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200g of minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil

Directions

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, mix the flour, eggs, and milk until you achieve a smooth batter. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Minced Meat: While the batter rests, sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until they turn golden brown.
  3. Season the Meat: Add the minced meat to the skillet and cook until it’s well browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick skillet.
  5. Cook the Pancakes: Pour a ladleful of pancake batter into the hot skillet. Tilt the skillet to distribute the batter evenly. Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes on each side, or until it turns golden brown.
  6. Repeat the Process: Continue cooking the remaining batter in the same manner.
  7. Assemble the Pancakes: Top each pancake with a portion of the cooked minced meat and grated cheese.
  8. Serve: Fold the pancakes in half and serve them hot.
