Pioneer Woman Sausage Gravy

Pioneer Woman Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until it is browned and fully cooked.
  2. Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir until it is well combined.
  3. Gradually add the milk to the pan, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the seasoned salt and black pepper, and stir until everything is well mixed.
  5. Continue to cook the sausage gravy over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  6. Serve the sausage gravy over biscuits or toast.
