Grilled Beef Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of beef ribs
- For the Rub Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (refer to Notes)
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- For Serving:
- ½ cup of barbecue sauce
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine all the rub ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the rub over the beef ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the ribs and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow them to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to 250°F (121°C).
- Place the ribs on the grill over indirect heat.
- Cover and cook for approximately 1 ½ hours, flipping every 20 minutes.
- During the last 10 to 20 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Serve the ribs warm and enjoy!
