Grilled Beef Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds of beef ribs
  • For the Rub Marinade:
    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (refer to Notes)
    • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
    • ½ teaspoon of cumin
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt
  • For Serving:
    • ½ cup of barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all the rub ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour the rub over the beef ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Cover the ribs and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow them to marinate.
  4. Preheat the grill to 250°F (121°C).
  5. Place the ribs on the grill over indirect heat.
  6. Cover and cook for approximately 1 ½ hours, flipping every 20 minutes.
  7. During the last 10 to 20 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  8. Serve the ribs warm and enjoy!
