Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Brussels Sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the bottom off the Brussels Sprouts then slice in half top to bottom and rinse.
- Prepare a large baking sheet. Line with parchment paper if you wish.
- Pat the Brussels Sprouts dry with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Makes 6 servings.
