Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer pork chops to a baking dish. Spread the Parmesan garlic mixture over each pork chop.
  5. Dot the top of each pork chop with bits of unsalted butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
