Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer pork chops to a baking dish. Spread the Parmesan garlic mixture over each pork chop.
- Dot the top of each pork chop with bits of unsalted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
