Achieving freshly baked bread in just 10 minutes without an oven is surprisingly simple with the following ingredients:
- 200 milliliters of warmed milk and/or water
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt
- 10 grams of dry yeast
- 550 grams of flour
- 80 milliliters of oil
Instructions:
- Start by combining the warmed milk (or water), sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for 7 minutes, then stir gently and set aside.
- Add the oil and flour to the mixture. Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size.
- Once risen, shape the dough into a uniform ball. Divide it into halves, roll each half into a round shape, and fry in a skillet with butter or oil.
