Exquisite Garlic Herb Butter Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 sirloin steaks, approximately 1-inch thick
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Begin by generously seasoning the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the steaks to the skillet. Cook them to your preferred level of doneness, approximately 4-5 minutes per side for a perfect medium-rare.
