Ingredients:

- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp salt

- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

Instructions:
- In a skillet, brown the pork loin roast in olive oil until golden.
- Transfer the browned roast to a slow cooker, surrounding it with the sliced onion.
