Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Using a melon baller or small spoon, gently create a hollow in the top of each strawberry without piercing through the bottom or sides.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
