Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

- Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

- 1 can (12 ounces) of evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, combine all the glaze ingredients except for the butter.
- Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Once thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Add the butter to the mixture and stir until melted and well incorporated.
- Allow the glaze to cool slightly, then pour it over the cooled cake until it’s completely covered.
- Slice the cake, serve, and savor every delicious bite.
