Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Place the chicken wing sections in a large bowl.
- Season the wings with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Add cornstarch and baking powder to the bowl, mixing thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
- Transfer the seasoned wings to the air fryer basket, shaking off any excess coating. If necessary, work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Set the air fryer timer for 28 minutes, shaking the basket after 10 minutes and flipping the wings over after another 8 minutes for even cooking.
