Crispy Air-Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  2. Place the chicken wing sections in a large bowl.
  3. Season the wings with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Add cornstarch and baking powder to the bowl, mixing thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
  5. Transfer the seasoned wings to the air fryer basket, shaking off any excess coating. If necessary, work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Set the air fryer timer for 28 minutes, shaking the basket after 10 minutes and flipping the wings over after another 8 minutes for even cooking.
  7. Once done, plate the wings, serve, and savor the crispy goodness!
