Creamy Lemon Garlic Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken


Creamy Lemon Garlic Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  8. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken is heated through.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
