Classic Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of Bernardi’s Veggie Rotini Pasta KBLR
- 6 tablespoons of salad seasoning blend
- 1 16oz bottle of regular Italian salad dressing with salt
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 2.25oz can of canned ripe olives (small-extra large)
Directions:
- Fill a large pot with enough water to fully submerge the pasta and place it on the stove.
- Cook the pasta until it reaches an al dente texture.
- Drain the cooked pasta and rinse it thoroughly with cold water.
- In a small bowl, combine the Italian dressing and salad seasoning blend, whisking until well mixed.
- In a medium salad bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat.
- Refrigerate the salad overnight to chill.
- Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- This pasta salad pairs wonderfully with kabobs, especially barbecue pineapple chicken. Both chicken and shrimp kabobs complement the flavors well.
- Feel free to use your favorite type of pasta for this recipe.
