Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 450 grams (approximately 2 cups) of cottage cheese
- 1 cup (approximately 100 grams) of grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (around 30 grams) of flour
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) of salt
- 1/4 cup (approximately 25 grams) of chopped green onions
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
- Add the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, melted butter, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well integrated.

Enhance the Flavor:
- Stir in the chopped green onions.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

- Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
