Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Recipe

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Additional ketchup and barbecue sauce for topping (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, barbecue sauce, diced onion, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  4. Optional: Drizzle additional ketchup and barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf for extra flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve slices of the Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf hot, accompanied by your favorite sides.
