Professional Steak Stir-Fried Ramen Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 oz thinly sliced steak
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup shaved Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup matchstick carrots
- 2 packs instant ramen (seasoning packet discarded)
Sauce Preparation:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, water, Chinese cooking wine, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create a flavorful sauce. Set aside.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a pan.
- Sear the thinly sliced steak on each side until it develops a golden brown color (approximately 1 minute per side). Set aside.
- If needed, add a bit more oil to the pan. Introduce the chopped bell pepper, sliced onion, shaved Brussels sprouts, and matchstick carrots. Cook until the vegetables soften and acquire a slight char.
- Incorporate the prepared sauce and the seared steak back into the pan. Allow the mixture to thicken.
- Cook the instant ramen noodles separately, discard the seasoning packets, and add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Stir everything together until the noodles are well-coated with the flavorful sauce.
