Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak Bites
Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak, trimmed and cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for an added kick
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Sear for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
- Lower the heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring around the steak bites. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant, and the butter coats the steak bites.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and optionally add red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
